Consumers will access certified payment center to make payment on their account using Internet. Each consumer will be required to create a user ID and password to access system using secure communication. There will be three different areas for each consumers, an area where each consumer will keep their personal information, which they can update when ever they like, area for all the payment information (Bank information or credit card information), finally a place where each consumer can access current and past statement and payment history.
